A 75% deposit is required to initiate the order. The final balance will be due prior to shipment.
As each piece is made to order with your custom specifications, lead times can vary from 8-12 weeks from receipt of payment and confirmation of all details. Delivery dates are provided at the onset of the order; however, these are considered estimates only and can vary once production begins. Please speak with our customer service department if you are working within a specific deadline to confirm production feasibility.
For orders shipping within the state of Florida, a local sales tax will be added to your final payment amount. For all orders shipping outside Florida, the purchaser is responsible for filing all applicable sales and use taxes.
With each custom table finish, while finish representation on our website is highly indicative of the finished product, finish samples are available on request should you require exact accuracy.
Warranties against variation in color, moisture change, temperature change and durability of the materials cannot be guaranteed. Flip Top Dining Table does not guarantee finishes or product against fading, oxidizing, moisture change, temperature change, mishandling, neglect, or wear resulting from normal use. Please contact customer service before placing the order with any questions regarding finish, maintenance, and material variation.
Orders processed and in production may receive acceptable changes within 48 hours of order placement. Changes are subject to price and schedule adjustments and may result in additional fees.
Flip Top Dining Table is not responsible for any delays or failures of others to complete the order such as strikes, fire and other conditions beyond our control. Transit estimates are estimates only and not a guaranteed representation by Flip Top Dining Table.
Shipping
When you request a quote for your Flip Top Dining Table, we will include a shipping and delivery estimate for your order to the destination address.
Shipping estimates are provided as a courtesy and as such, Flip Top Dining Table is not responsible for terms and conditions set forth by third party freight companies, nor liable for any disputes or damages because of shipping and handling by the contracted freight company. Claims for damage should be filed promptly with the transportation company.
Transport schedules are estimates only and Flip Top Dining Table does not guarantee delivery schedule.
Flip Top Dining Table is not responsible for ensuring access into the delivery location. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the entry / hallway dimensions are compatible with the tables and that the tables can enter and move throughout the space. No refunds or exchanges allowed for furniture that does not fit into the purchaser’s delivery address.
Purchaser or purchaser’s representative must be present at the time of delivery for inspection and release of the shipment.
Returns and Damages
All items are made to order and as such, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Please request drawings and/or finish samples from our customer service department to facilitate the decision making process.
Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 5 days upon receipt of goods.
In the unlikely event that your table arrives damaged, please follow the following guidelines when receiving your table:
- All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
- Inspect the crate/package prior to the driver’s departure and take photographic documentation of any damage to external packing. Note all damages on the bill of lading. Submit the damages to Flip Top Dining Table and keep a copy for your records.
