Payment in full is required to initiate the order. With orders over $15,000, the purchaser has the option to place a 75% deposit, with the balance due before the item ships.
As each piece is made to order with your custom specifications, lead times can vary from 8-12 weeks from receipt of payment. Delivery dates are provided at the time of payment, but these are considered estimates only and can vary once production begins based on receipt of full specifications and current production volume. Please speak with our customer service department if you are working within a specific deadline to confirm production feasibility.
If your Ship To address is within the state of New York, a local sales tax will be added to your final payment amount. For all orders shipping outside New York State, the purchaser is responsible for filing all applicable sales and use taxes.
With each custom table finish, while finish representation on our website is highly indicative of the finished product, we cannot guarantee the natural variation that occurs when working with a natural material and hand applied finishes. Please request finish samples of all items for a visible record of the finishes you select.
Warranties against variation in color, moisture change, temperature change and durability of the materials cannot be guaranteed. Vendor does not guarantee finishes or product against fading, oxidizing, moisture change, temperature change, mishandling, neglect or wear resulting from normal use. Please contact customer service before placing the order with any questions regarding finish, maintenance and material variation.
Orders processed and in production may receive acceptable changes within 48 hours of order placement. Changes are subject to price and schedule adjustments and may result in additional fees.
