All items are made to order and as such, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Please request drawings and/or finish samples from our customer service department to facilitate the decision making process.


Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 5 days upon receipt of goods.


In the unlikely event that your table arrives damaged, please follow the following guidelines when receiving your table:

  • All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • Inspect the crate/package prior to the driver’s departure and take photographic documentation of any damage to external packing. Note all damages on the bill of lading. Submit the damages to Flip Top Dining Table and keep a copy for your records.
